Up to 1,500 businesses affected in ransomware attack targeting IT software management company

Several small to mid-sized businesses have been affected by a ransomware attack targeting Kaseya VSA, a software management company used widely by managed service providers that handle IT needs for companies in the health care sector, including many dental practices.

CDA spring virtual convention course recordings available through Aug. 31

Now through Aug. 31, dentists can purchase a bundle of recorded courses from the CDA Presents The Art and Science of Dentistry virtual convention held in May. The bundle features the top 30 on-demand courses from the convention and is available at a discounted price for CDA members.

ADA Continuing Education Recognition Program (CERP)

CDA is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.

CDA designates each activity for a specified number of C.E. units. These courses meet the Dental Board of California requirements for continuing education units.
